Who we are looking for A Maintenance Engineer specialising in plumbing and heating to manage and maintain these services and systems at our offices in Stoke-on-Trent and other sites within the property portfolio. You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer working in a variety of large commercial and residential buildings, working as part of a small team within the Facilities and Services function. You will support the continued growth of the operation by delivering on reactive and planned works. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a can do attitude. Preferred skills and experience NVQ level 3 certificate in Mechanical Engineering Services Plumbing.
