The organisation has a strong regional presence, a collaborative culture and ambitious plans to enhance its market position across key sectors. As part of an expanding Marketing & BD function, this role supports firmwide growth initiatives, improved client engagement and the development of a data-driven, process-led approach to business development.
Business Development Executive Opportunity
* Support the creation and delivery of strategic business development plans across offices, service lines and sectors.
* Conduct market, sector and competitor analysis to provide insights that shape commercial decision-making.
* Build internal and external relationships, supporting partners, teams, intermediaries and clients to strengthen BD activity.
* Represent the business at industry events while supporting firm-hosted events and campaigns.
* Assist with the development of client plans, referral networks and reporting on BD metrics.
Your Key Skills
* Experience in marketing or business development within professional services.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
* Proficient user of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
* Commercially aware with the ability to interpret business priorities and market dynamics.
* Personable, confident and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
