Salary: £166.32 – £180 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working with an alternative provision in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) that supports pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs who require a more nurturing and personalised approach to education.
We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate, and resilient teacher to join the team and help re-engage KS2 learners who may have struggled in mainstream settings. Whether you’re an experienced SEN Teacher, a KS2 Primary Teacher, or someone passionate about inclusive education, we want to hear from you.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver engaging KS2 lessons to small classes (typically fewer than 10 pupils).
* Work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants to provide individualised support.
* Create a safe and positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
* Use creative approaches to engage pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning.
* Contribute to the social and emotional development of pupils alongside academic progress.

What We’re Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – Primary or SEN background.
* Experience working in mainstream, SEN, PRU, or alternative provision settings is beneficial.
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
* A calm, patient, and nurturing approach.
* Passionate about inclusion and dedicated to pupil progress, both academically and emotionally.
