Dove House is seeking to recruit a Lead Teacher for Post 16 and Whole Academy CEIAG to drive our careers programme forward.
Dove House is an Outstanding, popular, successful, and highly regarded school in Basingstoke, for students with severe and moderate learning difficulties and autism, aged between 11-19.
We are seeking a dynamic leader, to lead our Post 16 provision, who is passionate about the education and wellbeing of pupils with special educational needs and their families.
You will have a CEIAG qualification with strong knowledge of the Gatsby Benchmarks, the Careers Strategy, and post 16 progressions routes. You will be the CEIAG lead across the academy, ensuring our provision is aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks, meets the needs of all learners and prepares them for success.
