Job Description
1. Provide leadership and direction on commercial construction projects
2. Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
3. Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks
4. Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning
5. Implement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisions
6. Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses
7. Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly Reports
8. Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments
9. Create and maintain a safe/secure job site environment
10. Review and approve drawings and samples prior to submittal
11. Train and develop the Project team and schedule project resources

The Successful Applicant
12. 5+ years of construction experience
13. Strong background in Commercial Construction
14. Strong oral and written communication skills
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
16. The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
18. The desire to grow their career professionally
19. Strong track record with client relationships
