Are you a passionate and motivated Psychology Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to join an Outstanding School? Role Responsibilities
* Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students, delivering high-quality lessons that challenge and engage students.
* Create and implement a dynamic curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners and supports their academic success.
* Provide tailored feedback and assessment to ensure students reach their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues within the department to ensure cohesive teaching practices.
* Contribute to the development of the department and school as a whole, supporting the success of both students and colleagues.
* Foster a love of psychology in students, helping them to develop critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of the subject.
* Degree in Psychology or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 level (including GCSE and A-Level).
* Strong knowledge of the Psychology curriculum and examination requirements.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
