Who This Education and Training Role Is Perfect For
This opportunity is ideal if you are:
* An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
* A graduate (Psychology or related field) looking to build hands-on experience
* Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
* Able to commute to Ware
Your Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN
* Assist in delivering tailored learning plans
* Support positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to support each child's development
What We're Looking For:
* A patient, caring, and reliable individual
* Experience working with children (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
