We are seeking temporary School Administrators to provide effective administrative and clerical support to the school office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative systems and maintaining a professional front-of-house service for students, parents, visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support within the school office
* Answer telephone calls and deal with parent, student and visitor enquiries professionally
* Maintain accurate pupil records and attendance data using SIMS
* Support with admissions administration and free school meals processes
* Use ParentPay to support school payment systems
* Manage emails and correspondence using Outlook and Microsoft Office
* Prepare letters, reports and school documentation as required
* Support safeguarding and confidentiality procedures at all times
* Assist senior staff with additional administrative duties when required
Essential Requirements
* Previous administration experience, ideally within a school environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Experience using SIMS or similar school management systems
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
* Professional, friendly and approachable manner
