Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and soft beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
* Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Follow all health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
* Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus, particularly in food preparation roles.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
