Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical ALM Manager to support strategic funding activities and model oversight within a collaborative Treasury environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating deliverables and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and coordinate activities ensuring smooth delivery of transactions in key markets.
* Assist in preparing business data, presentations, and documentation for external funders, regulatory bodies, and committees (e.g., ALCO).
* Work closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure data quality, legal compliance, and timely reporting.
* Help manage deal budgeting and support IT teams with system testing and implementation of new structures.
* Review liquidity and interest rate risk model outputs (e.g., deposits, prepayments).
* Present findings for internal governance and support decision-making.
* Operate with autonomy on daily tasks while maintaining close collaboration with senior ALM leaders.
* Represent topics at senior committees and engage directly with stakeholders across finance, risk, legal, and external partners.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Key internal and external relationships include:
* Treasury, Risk, Finance, Legal, and IT teams.
* External legal advisors, rating agencies, investors, and banking partners.
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
* Background in Treasury or ALM, with experience in securitisation.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with data and developing tools.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
