Job Overview

The role involves managing your own P&L, recruiting, leading and motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, and building strong relationships with the local trade. You will be supported by a network of teams that provide guidance, support and training, all within a fast‑paced, competitive and demanding environment that is also financially rewarding and team‑centric.
Responsibilities
* Manage the depot’s P&L.
* Recruit, lead and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
* Set and surpass sales targets through effective team management and customer focus.
* Build and sustain strong working relationships with the local trade.
* Collaborate with the wider Howdens network for guidance, support and training.
