Youll work with Directors and the leadership team to ensure the smooth daily running of production, implement Lean principles, and help develop both processes and people within the organisation.
In the role you will oversee production operations across fabrication and welding, ensuring output meets quality standards and KPIs. Youll take ownership of health and safety, capacity planning, and on-time delivery, while also mentoring weld coordinators and working closely with customers and suppliers. Youll drive improvements in processes, culture, and efficiency, making a tangible impact on the business as it continues to grow.

The Role:
Oversee production, ensuring quality, KPIs, and on-time delivery
Drive Lean and continuous improvement across fabrication and welding
Manage, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining safety and qualityThe Person:
Welder/ Fabricator background and sheet metal manufacturing experience
Management/ Team lead experience preferred but not required
