Rough Sleeper Coordinator (Direct Access)

HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity, working with around 1,000 local people annually to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

About The Role

Do you have experience working with individuals facing multiple disadvantages? Are you interested in working as part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of those we support?
* As Coordinator, you will support the Team Manager in providing accommodation and support to individuals with complex needs.
* You will be a key member of the operational team, collaborating with external services to support residents.
* You will coordinate with Complex Needs Project support workers to ensure ongoing support, working alongside external agencies providing professional assistance.
* You will manage a small caseload, advocating for clients and helping them access appropriate services, including long-term housing.
