Major Recruitment are seeking a talented Security Systems Engineer/Reactive Engineer on behalf of our successful client, a well-established security solutions provider based in Halesowen. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to progress in their career, working in a supportive and dynamic team environment. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining various security systems, with a focus on fault finding and system repairs.

Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain a wide range of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarms
* Diagnose and troubleshoot reactive faults efficiently
* Provide clear and concise service reports and documentation
* Collaborate effectively within a team, offering support to colleagues as required
* Be available for occasional out-of-town assignments
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry with strong fault-finding skills
* Familiarity with a variety of security systems (e.g., Paxton, Hikvision, Avigilon, Salto, Galaxy)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
* IPAF and ECS certification ( but not essential)

* Access Control: Salto, Paxton, Came, Stentofon
* CCTV: Avigilon, Axis, Synetics, Hikvision, Dahua
* Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom, Eaton
