An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the conveyancing team. This is an excellent role for a dedicated property lawyer looking to work in a busy yet friendly environment, handling a broad range of residential property matters with strong support and quality caseloads. Role & Responsibilities: As a Residential Conveyancer you will: Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers and new build transactions. Act as the main point of contact for clients from instruction to completion, delivering clear, commercially-minded legal advice throughout the conveyancing process. Draft and negotiate contracts, deal with title issues, raise enquiries and liaise with lenders, estate agents and clients to progress matters efficiently. Ensure excellent client service by keeping clients informed at every stage and delivering timely, practical solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of conveyancing processes and help drive the positive reputation and growth of the team. About You: You must have experience in residential property/conveyancing and a strong understanding of property law and practice. You should be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a client-centric approach are essential.
