Set in 11 acres of Warwickshire parkland, the grade II listed building hosted William Shakespeare in 1599 with its heritage dating back to 1327. Job Description As our Breakfast Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth running of our breakfast service. From leading the team to maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming morning experience. 30 hour contract available- Thursday/Friday 5.30am start Saturday/Sunday- 6.30am start Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the breakfast team during service Ensure buffet and dining areas are well-presented, clean, and fully stocked Train, motivate, and coordinate staff Handle guest queries and ensure exceptional customer service Monitor food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily reporting Work closely with the kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations Manage monthly beverage stock takes Support with breakfast department rosters About You Previous hospitality or supervisory experience (breakfast service preferred) A positive attitude and excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for guest service Troo Benefits Troo Benefits Pension Scheme: Gear up for the future with our pension scheme that ensures your financial stability.
