We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join our vibrant Cafe Bar team. Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in leading the team and managing daily operations
* Coach and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and participate in recruitment
* Ensure high standards of guest service and a welcoming atmosphere
* Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and financial targets
* Support the growth of The Safehouse brand and innovate business concepts
* Manage opening/closing procedures and security
Minimum Requirements
* Some college or advanced training in food and beverage management
* At least 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in hospitality
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality preferred
* Fluency in the local language
