Location: Indian Queens, Cornwall
Salary: up to £40,000 basic + bonus
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota

Key Requirements
A Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) We will also consider level 2
Main dealer or manufacturer-approved workshop experience (preferred)
A full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent customer service skills and a team-first attitude
Experience mentoring apprentices (desirable)
MOT Tester qualification About the Role
As a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, you will take on servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards. You’ll also support and guide colleagues, especially apprentices, helping to build a collaborative and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Servicing and carry out high-quality repairs on light commercial vehicles (LCVs)
Support the workshop team with technical advice and coaching
Complete all documentation in line with company and compliance requirements
Take part in manufacturer training and ongoing technical development
Help maintain a clean, inclusive, and safety-conscious working environment
