The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Payroll Coordinator to join our Pay & Rewards team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is keen to develop their career in payroll, or someone currently working in a payroll role looking to broaden their experience within a leading international law firm. You will play a key role in supporting our UK and EMEA payroll operations, covering approximately 1,700 employees across multiple jurisdictions including the UK, Ireland, and EMEA. A full job description including a breakdown of responsibilities can be found attached to the role on our careers page: We are interested in hearing from people who have: Knowledge of or keen interest in UK payroll regulations and statutory requirements; awareness of international payroll processes advantageous. Some experience in payroll administration or a strong administrative background with interest in developing a career in payroll. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation). Strong system and database skills with ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisation and time management skills.
