Contact Centre Sales Executive / Telesales Executive
Salary: £24,000 per annum plus commission
Location: Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7TZ.
Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 5:30pm
Our client is looking for 2 Sales Executives to join an expanding company. Since their formation in 2019, they have expanded into new offices and are at the forefront of building relationships and ensuring their customers are looked after.
Following your training, you will be building personal relationships with customers that contact them directly for their amazing services. You'll understand their challenges and assisting them in resolving issues and potential compensation.
Key areas of responsibility:
* Case management
* Contacting leads (inbound enquiries)
* Represent the company through continued professionalism
* Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential
* Conversational competence to build rapport with clients
Person Specifications:
* Minimum one year telesales/ sales experience preferred
* Ability to learn and implement organisational lead techniques
* A self-starter with drive for success
