This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career as a future Client Growth Consultant. You'll support senior consultants by managing day-to-day client communications, keeping projects on track, and ensuring deliverables lead to measurable growth.

Location:
Swindon office 2 days per week / Remote 3 days per week - as a growth role, it's imperative that you commit time to working with your peers and mentors in our offices - no full remote candidates

Full time / 37.5 hours per week
Salary:
£28,000 – £33,000 DOE

What We're Looking For
* A genuine interest in digital marketing and helping brands grow.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
* Eagerness to learn in a supportive, ambitious team.
* Experience in ecommerce, lead generation, or agency work is desirable (but not essential — training provided).
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello) is a bonus.
Core Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Support
* Act as a trusted, day-to-day point of contact for client queries.
* Translate client goals into clear actions for delivery teams.
* Support preparation for client meetings, reports, and quarterly reviews.
Project & Workflow Management
* Keep growth strategies on track by aligning resources, timelines, and priorities.
* Manage projects in Trello (training provided), ensuring clarity of ownership and deadlines.
* Flag risks or blockers early to keep momentum.
Delivery Coordination & Reporting
* Pull together data and insights into clear, commercially relevant reports.
* Draft commentary that highlights business impact, not just numbers.
* Ensure all deliverables meet Infinity Nation's standards of clarity, timeliness, and accuracy.
Learning & Development
* Shadow senior consultants and leadership to build strategic consulting skills.
* Learn how SEO, paid media, email and analytics link to business growth.
* Take ownership of your development, applying new skills in client contexts.
Collaboration & Internal Contribution
* Work closely with delivery specialists to align execution with strategy.
* Share insights and contribute to team knowledge.
