We are seeking a relentlessly proactive, high-integrity sales hunter to drive new business across the Tier-1 asset management ecosystem. This role is for someone who thrives in front of senior decision-makers, knows how to navigate complex buy-side organisations, and consistently wins high-value enterprise deals.
You will be responsible for building a high-quality pipeline, opening doors at the top of the industry, and driving revenue growth through strategic acquisition of flagship accounts.
This is not a farming role. It’s for a commercially sharp operator who enjoys the challenge of breaking into difficult accounts and outperforming ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute the full new business sales cycle targeting global Tier-1 asset managers.
* Identify, engage, and convert C-level, Head of Desk, and senior stakeholder opportunities.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline with a clear focus on strategic, enterprise-value deals.
* Develop strong internal intelligence on market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape.
* Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and commercial proposals tailored to senior buy-side audiences.
* Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine strategy and maximise impact.
* Accurately forecast revenue and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and targeted networking forums.
Required Experience
* Proven track record of selling into Tier-1 asset managers (Top 50 global firms or equivalent).
* Demonstrable success in opening new accounts, not just growing existing ones.
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
* Strong understanding of buy-side workflows, pain points, and procurement processes.
* Comfortable operating in a high-performance environment with clear commercial expectations.
* Exceptional communication skills — credible, concise, and confident with senior clients.
* High degree of commercial integrity and long-term relationship orientation.
