We are looking for a dedicated, resilient, and motivated individual to join our specialist education provision in Salisbury, supporting children and young people with complex needs. This role is well suited to someone with strong behaviour management skills who can provide consistency, structure, and calm support within a nurturing learning environment. You will work closely with pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, helping them develop positive coping strategies and engage meaningfully in education.
