We’re working with a leading UK wealth management firm undergoing major transformation, and they’re looking for a high-impact Senior Change Project Manager to help drive it forward.
With aggressive transformation goals and critical deliverables already in motion, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal time. You’ll play a lead role in delivering a new national advice model, spearheading a data excellence programme, and managing two large-scale integrations - all while overseeing a cross-functional team of BAs, PMs, and testers.
What They’re Looking For:
* 5+ years' project/change management experience, ideally within wealth management or financial services
* Deep understanding of the financial planning/advice ecosystem
* Proven experience managing large-scale change programmes, with strong governance and risk oversight
* Comfortable preparing board-level reports and executive papers
* Confident leading delivery teams and managing stakeholders across the business
* Experience in business readiness and rolling out processes across multi-regional teams
Team & Scope:
* Lead a team of ~10 (BAs, testers, PMs)
* Own end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects
* Work closely with senior leadership and influence board-level decision-making
Package & Flexibility:
* £85k–£90k base salary (contractors may be considered for the right profile)
* Remote/ flexi working + 15% - 20% of travel
* Strong long-term opportunity for progression and influence
