💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Helping customers via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls
* Resolving queries with clarity, accuracy, and a positive attitude
* Troubleshooting account or product issues using internal tools
* Logging interactions and following up where needed
* Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience
* Representing the brand with professionalism and warmth
