Job Description
I’m working with a fast-growing, acquisitive organisation in Leeds that is entering a major period of transformation. We’re looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller who can bring stability, leadership and technical expertise while supporting significant change across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all BAU Financial Control activity, including month-end, balance sheet integrity, audit and compliance.
\t
* Strengthen controls, processes and group reporting frameworks.
\t
* Support integration of recent acquisitions and help embed improved ways of working.
\t
* Partner closely with senior leadership across the group to drive financial clarity and performance.
\t
* Contribute to wider finance transformation, systems development and scalable processes.
Candidate Profile:
\t
* Proven FC experience within complex, fast-paced or PE-backed / acquisitive environments.
\t
* Strong technical accounting background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
\t
* Hands-on approach with credibility, gravitas and strong stakeholder management skills.
\t
* Experience of finance transformation, system change or process improvement.
