The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as an extension to our customers, providing well-thought-out solutions and building relationships to foster trust. The Senior Account Manager will be assigned a specific geographical area and accounts to grow and deliver solutions to.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establish relationships with clients to ensure that you exceed their expectations and represent the business positively.
2. Develop and implement a strategy of continuous improvement in all areas relating to assigned contracts and ensure contractual obligations are met.
3. Facilitate and manage new contract mobilisations, acting as the key contact for the Customer, attending review meetings as required, responding to all requests, and resolving issues.
4. Identify opportunities to secure further business opportunities and sales.
5. Be the go-to person in the area, attend networking events and seminars to ensure visibility of the business and yourself.
This is a remote-based role involving travel throughout a specific area, so a full driving license and ability to travel are essential.
