The Role
This role is centred on managing and scaling our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising account, with a primary focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation and performance, working directly with the leadership team to drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is not an entry‑level role— we are looking for someone with hands‑on experience managing Meta ad accounts who can confidently work with budgets, data, and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end
* Plan, launch and optimise campaigns to hit ROAS and CPA targets
* Monitor performance daily and make data‑driven optimisation decisions
* Analyse campaign data to identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies
* Test new audiences, creatives and campaign structures
* Work closely with the creative team to brief and develop high‑performing ads
* Support retention marketing through Klaviyo (email campaigns & flows)
* Assist with Shopify updates and on‑site merchandising
* Contribute to overall ecommerce growth strategy
Essential Requirements (Must‑Have)
* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR)
* Experience managing budgets and optimising for profitability
* Confident working with data and making optimisation decisions independently
* Experience testing creatives, audiences and campaign structures
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable (Nice to Have)
* Experience with Klaviyo (email marketing)
* Experience with Shopify
* Experience in ecommerce / DTC brands
