Position Summary
Marketing Assistant (2 year FTC) – Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid – 2/3 days a week in the office). Salary up to £32,000-£35,000 + bonus + pension scheme + 12 flexible days + 25 day holiday + 2 paid volunteering days.
Responsibilities
* Packaging & Artwork Support – Manage updates to existing product packaging designs, liaise with stakeholders to ensure brand and regulatory compliance, support artwork testing and system functionality.
* Digital & Ecommerce Support – Conduct quarterly website audits, support social media implementation, lead on Nielsen Brandbank management, update product catalogue across all brands, optimise and upload marketing content.
* Marketing Operations & Logistics – Coordinate sample ordering, manage budgets, provide logistical support for key marketing events, organise internal marketing meetings and brand plan cascade activities.
* Internal Communications – Lead internal communications for the marketing team, develop and distribute internal newsletters and event communications.
