Booking Administrator
Location:Bolton (BL4))
Salary:Negotiable depending on experience (£25,000 - £27,000
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am -5pm.
CareerMakers Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator on behalf of a client based in the Bolton (BL4) area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded
2. Putting booking orders onto the inhouse system.
3. Handle day-to-day customer queries, service requests, and issues, escalating where necessary
4. Maintain and update customer records, service agreements, and job details with a high level of accuracy
5. Coordinate bookings and service updates with Operations and Transport teams, keeping customers informed of ETAs and any delays
6. Arrange and manage subcontracted services, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and systems are up to date
7. Monitor data accuracy across customer services, logistics, and subcontractor information, resolving errors and identifying trends
