We're working with a highly regarded restaurant and bar in the Bolton area looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong cellar management and stock control skills who takes pride in exceptional service and wants to progress within a quality, long:term environment.
The Role:
You'll take a hands:on role overseeing all aspects of the bar's operation - from managing the cellar and stock to leading the team on shift and maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Oversee cellar management, including stock rotation, ordering, and line cleaning
- Maintain stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier relationships
- Lead by example, motivating and supporting your team
- Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor in a quality venue
- Strong knowledge of cellar management and bar operations
- A genuine team player with great communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering great service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Fine dining or high:end background is a bonus
- Reliable, ambitious, and looking for a long:term career move
