What do you want to contribute to and be involved in?
* Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities andmaintainingexisting customer relationships.
* Account Management: Build and manage relationships with trade partners, contractors, and merchants to drive brand loyalty.
* Business Development: Identifynew salesopportunities and proactively convert leads into long-term partnerships.
* Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to tailor sales strategies.
* Product Knowledge: Provideexpert advice on Crown Paints' product portfolio, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.
* Commercial Negotiation: Manage pricing, contracts, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
* Reporting & Analysis: Maintainaccuraterecords of sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
* Proventrack recordin a B2B sales environment, preferably withing paint,coatingsor construction.Howeverplease apply if you are an expert in a different sector!
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with groups and individuals
* A team player!
* IT proficient specifically in Microsoft Office and digital sale tools
