We're looking for an ambitious Sales Professional to become an Inside Account Manager, working closely with colleagues and professionals to achieve sales goals and drive growth with customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute sales strategy through relationship-driven sales with the local team.
2. Use key sales tools and personal experience to understand customer needs and grow share of wallet.
3. Convert sales opportunities by offering tailored product solutions based on customer requirements.
4. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video meetings.
5. Efficiently handle enquiries and process orders through our webshop to maximise customer satisfaction.
6. Escalate to the external sales team when necessary to unlock further business opportunities.
Requirements:
* A-Level or equivalent education.
* Relevant sales or technical work experience (1-3 years).
* Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
* A team player with organisational and proactive skills.
* Knowledge of water piping systems beneficial.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
