PR Account Director – B2B Marketing Communications, Macclesfield
We’re looking for a commercial and creative B2B Account Director to lead client relationships, oversee integrated campaigns, and drive business growth. This role requires someone who can spot strategic opportunities, deliver exceptional work across channels, and inspire high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the senior contact across multiple client accounts, providing strategic direction.
* Lead and oversee the development and execution of multi-channel B2B PR and communications campaigns.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business efforts.
* Manage and mentor a client-facing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
* Maintain strong project oversight, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with objectives.
* Use insight and data to adapt and refine strategies in response to changing client needs.
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in B2B PR and communications, with strong planning, execution, and measurement capabilities. Ideally you'll have a year or two's experience at Account Director level.
* Commercial awareness and a growth mindset, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
* Strategic thinking and media expertise across earned, owned, and paid channels.
* Strong organisational, content, and presentation skills.
