The Role – Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure focus)
We’re looking for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor with infrastructure experience to play a key role on this flagship project. You’ll:
* Oversee procurement, tendering, contract administration, subcontract management, and variations through to final account.
* Support the development of Work Scope documents and enabling packages in collaboration with the client procurement team.
* Drive value, minimise cost, and manage risk through rigorous cost analysis and control.
* Apply your commercial expertise to keep one of the UK’s largest green energy infrastructure projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven background in infrastructure-focused projects of significant scale.
* Experience across both pre- and post-contract phases, ideally within Construction Management environments.
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
* A strategic thinker who can balance commercial awareness with project delivery priorities.
