What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers in lessons and planning
* Working with students in small groups or 1:1
* Gaining classroom experience and behaviour management skills
* Learning how schools work — from pastoral care to pedagogy
* Building confidence before committing to a PGCE, SCITT or apprenticeship route
