Security Guard
Location: Acton, London (W3)
Area: Retail
Salary: From £12.50 to £14 per hour
We are looking for experienced and professional Security Guards to assist in ensuring the safety of our customers and staff at all times, whilst delivering first class customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
* Preventing any potential breaches of security and theft.
* Checking customer vehicles before they leave the site.
* Check delivery tickets on company vehicles.
* Managing traffic flow within the branch site.
* Log all incidents and discuss with manager on a daily basis.
* Patrol all areas of the site including the yard, on a regular basis throughout the shift.
* Logging deliveries that come into the branch.
* Assist customers with any queries and point them in the right direction.
Personal Attributes Include:
* Honesty and integrity.
* Good observational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* The ability to handle sensitive situations.
* Polite and helpful attitude.
* Physical fitness.
* The ability to use initiative and make quick decisions.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
