Role: Real Estate Legal Assistant, Plot Sales Team
Location: Preston office based role. Full time, permanent 35 hours per week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
At Napthens, we are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Plot Sales Team in Real Estate.
If you love detail, organisation, and helping things run smoothly, this could be the perfect role to put under your tree!
Your To Do List?
* Work closely with our commercial property lawyers on development site set-ups and plot sales.
* Manage diaries, progress files, and keep everything on track.
* Liaise with clients, housebuilders, and third parties (with plenty of festive cheer!)
* Help our fee earners with casework, reports, and compliance.
* Be the glue that keeps the team running smoothly.
Our Wish List?
* A team player with top-notch organisational skills.
* Excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
* Experience with a case management system and Excel spreadsheets.
* Commercial property law, conveyancing, real estate knowledge or plot sales experience.
