About You
Are you a motivated graduate with an interest in property, procurement, supply chain, surveying, or asset management? Do you enjoy analysing data, solving problems, and working collaboratively to deliver excellent services?
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Property Operations Graduate to join our team and develop a future career within one of the UK's leading retirement living providers.

You'll have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across the business. You'll also be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working towards agreed deadlines.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate, or someone due to graduate, with a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Surveying, Asset or Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline. Above all, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in developing a career within Property Operations.
