A leading independent restaurant group is searching for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join one of their flagship central London kitchens. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end, ingredient-led environment with serious scope for creativity and progression.
The Role:
Oversee pastry prep and service with precision and consistency
Support and lead a small team of pastry chefs
Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal changes
Uphold excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
About You:
Proven experience at Pastry Sous level or a strong Pastry CDP ready to step up
Passion for flavour, detail, and seasonal produce
Calm under pressure and confident leading a team
Strong organisational skills and a hands-on attitude
