You will specialise in carrying out repairs and maintenance on small and large scale jobs, to our customers' properties.

The Roofer role:
We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy, and supported. Health and Safety is paramount throughout this role, for you, us, and the customer.
* You will undertake repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance such as roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work, and torch-on felt repairs. Ability to undertake some brickwork repairs is desirable.
* Building relationships and effective communication with the scheduling team, tenants, and line managers.
* Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
What will you bring as a Roofer?
* NVQ Level 2 in Roofing qualification
* Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable
* Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced and reactive environment
* Professional and considerate conduct, especially in vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings
* Full UK Driving Licence and use of a company van
