About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly collaborative, skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Non-Nuclear Engineering Partner. Our Engineering Managers lead multi-discipline teams of design engineers and technicians, working across the full life cycle of project delivery from initial project definition and FED studies through to detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations. The successful candidate will be able to communicate at all levels, have a passion for quality and the drive to deliver in line with agreed cost and schedule targets. Reporting to our Head of Engineering, they will lead a multi-discipline team of engineering personnel and work in collaboration with our Project and Programme Managers, creating confidence in outcomes, engaging with stakeholders, and implementing appropriate technical decisions.
Responsibilities
* Lead multi-discipline teams of design engineers and technicians across the full project lifecycle from definition and FED studies to handover to operations.
* Communicate at all levels and drive quality with a focus on delivering in line with cost and schedule targets.
* Report to the Head of Engineering and work with Project and Programme Managers to create confidence in outcomes.
* Engage with stakeholders and implement appropriate technical decisions.
