Globally renowned company based in Frankfurt is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work permanently.
This is mainly an on-site position with 8 days remote working offered per month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with product owners and documenting requirements based on those objectives
2. Business Process Modeling: Modeling automotive Sales/CRM processes, documenting current and future states to identify improvement opportunities and optimization
3. Functional Design: Developing and documenting functional specifications for the systems and solutions required for the project
4. Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and reporting on the project's progress
5. Education and Training: Planning and providing user education and training on automotive processes or new systems
Skills Required :
6. Proven background in a similar role
7. Strong background with Salesforce - Primarily with Automotive Cloud experience, Sales and Service Cloud as secondary skill
8. Having experience of the automotive industry preferred, including market trends, sales/CRM journey, supply chain processes
9. Strong analytical skills
10. Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, from developers and product owners to business leaders
11. Experienced with requirement gathering, documenting, and managing
12. Fluent English speaking mandatory. Plus another European language highly desirable.
