Tasks
1. Ensure that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, meeting their needs in the best possible way—going above and beyond expectations. Present an excellent image of our hotel at a high level of Guest Services. Maintain properties to the highest standards, making guests feel like they are the first to stay at the property.
2. Ensure the security of the building and guests.
3. Actively detect guests’ needs and resolve them.
4. Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, maintaining updated records of bookings and payments in our Property Management System.
5. Handle special requests from guests.
6. Report any issues detected.
7. Ensure supplies are available as necessary.
8. Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guests’ needs.
9. Perform basic housekeeping duties, including replacing linens, changing and arranging towels, emptying trash, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and re-arranging rooms after guests check out.
10. Clean rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, removing larger objects from the floor, cleaning glass and windows, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning toilets.
11. Maintain gardens in a tidy and clean condition. Keep paved areas free of weeds.
12. Inspect linens for stains and treat them accordingly.
13. Handle laundry, including loading washers, adding cleaning agents, drying, and ironing according to manufacturer instructions.
14. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report shortages to the general manager.
15. Inspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to building management.
