This is an exciting new role at Thames Water to drive performance and change. As a Delivery manager you will be looking at improving the experience of our Developer Services customers, measured via the regulatory DMEX performance, which is a key driver for our team. This role is part of a new team that will help us make a step change and achieve our journey from regulatory penalty to reward.
This role will identify, drive and implement strategic change initiatives that improve our DMEX and customer experience performance. You will be a key custodian of DMEX improvement activity, ensuring we have a clear vision and championing change.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Lead business change projects and initiatives through their lifecycle through to successful implementation
2. Explore ideas and opportunities, ensuring initiatives are prioritised based on insight and impact
3. Create robust business cases
4. Ensure clear benefits are identified and tracked to demonstrate impact
5. Create project delivery plans, driving action to timescale
6. Ensure initiatives have ‘aftercare’ supporting adoption of change and sustainable impact
7. Represent Developer Services in wider business changes and programs, ensuring the needs and challenges of the area are understood and visible
8. Be responsible for implementing business wide changes into DS
9. Facilitate workshops, focus groups and cross team sessions to identify and understand potential solutions
10. Share projects and changes in engaging ways
11. Present projects and initiatives at all levels of the business including senior stakeholders, ensuring appropriate tailoring
12. Be the voice of our customers using insight to facilitate change
