TEMP RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR We are looking to recruit a Temp Recruitment Administrator to work for a leading construction company based in Birmingham. ROLE: Recruitment Administrator LOCATION: Birmingham (B37) SALARY: £28,000 per year pro rata JOB TYPE: 6 months HOURS: full time, Monday to Friday, office based. THE ROLE: Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks including interview scheduling, contract generation and onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and HR databases. Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate candidate communications and timelines. Ensure all compliance and Right to Work checks are completed in line with company policy. Assist in managing recruitment inboxes and responding to candidate queries promptly. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Have previous experience in recruitment administration or similar HR support role. Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. Be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
