The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in advancing AI adoption and automation initiatives across the organization. From optimizing internal processes to enhancing customer experiences, you will lead projects that leverage AI‑driven insights to improve efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
* Optimize Project Management: Implement standardized project‑management methodologies, ensuring high‑quality project delivery across Pax8.
* Drive Operational Excellence: Champion best practices, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency for sustained business growth.
* Manage Executive Stakeholder Relationships: Align project goals with strategic objectives and communicate measurable value.
* Develop and Lead High‑Performing Teams: Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that promotes continuous improvement and scalable processes.
* Drive your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths.
Qualifications
* Substantial experience with Strategic Project Management
* Experience in Scaling Processes and Managing Global Operations
* Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Ability to identify and implement best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with executives and key stakeholders
* Proficiency in proactive risk identification and mitigation
* A mindset of fostering continuous improvement through feedback‑driven process
* Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across various levels of the organization
* Previous experience in managing teams (must have)

* Base Salary between £75,000 – £100,000 per annum (depending on experience)
