We’re partnered with a long-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Basingstoke. They’re looking for a Civil Engineer with a Drainage & Infrastructure focus to join their growing design and delivery team.
This role offers genuine hands-on technical exposure across the full project lifecycle, with structured support and mentoring to help you progress technically and work towards chartership.
The role:
* Prepare detailed designs for infrastructure projects, delivering drainage, highways, residential developments, rail, commercial, education and leisure.
* Produce drawings and calculations to support planning.
* Assist in the preparation of flood risk assessments and drainage strategies
* Undertake site visits / surveys.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
* Experience with Causeway Flow or MicroDrainage.
* Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drainage design on residential, rail, commercial, and similar projects.
* Awareness of flood risk assessments and planning supporting documents.
* Full driving licence.

* £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience).
