Position Overview As a Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development team with integrations, system setup, and providing valuable feedback on operation and issues. Your expertise will contribute to the company's mission of simplifying complex decision-making processes and driving technological advancements in the security industry. Responsibilities Support the development team with integrations, setting up systems, and providing feedback on operation and issues Assist in creating scopes for features and changes for customers Visit customer sites to discuss requirements, issues, and changes, providing on-site support, training, and configuration Design and configure the management software system, conducting in-office testing of new integrations and features Collaborate on challenging, high-impact projects across multiple industries, contributing to the roadmap of future product development Requirements Experience in the software technical support field, supporting over the phone and using remote connections Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications and Windows OS Basic network understanding and a good analytical mind with problem-solving skills Experience with visiting customer sites and dealing directly with customers A can-do attitude with a desire to learn and improve Nice-to-haves: security product experience (CCTV, ACS, IAS), experience with a PSIM type of system or a system which integrates to other manufacturers, and involvement in the design, installation or configuration of Security control rooms Company Overview Our client is a global frontrunner in integrated security management solutions, renowned for their groundbreaking Control Room information management software, intercom and cell call systems.
