What you will need We would like to hear from you if you have: KS1 teaching experience (Year 2 preferred) a recent and successful track record of effective class teaching strong knowledge and successful experience of delivering the primary curriculum a solid understanding of current teaching theory and best practice, particularly in securing strong progress for primary-aged children good subject knowledge across the core National Curriculum experience supporting pupils who speak English as an additional language strong understanding of early reading pedagogy excellent communication skills and experience of working collaboratively About us We are a 2-form entry school with 385 pupils on roll and 30 children in our nursery at the heart of the vibrant town of Ipswich.
